Dear SEC, As far as File No.4-538 is concerned, 12b 1 fees save the consumers money. And by eliminating those fees instead of just a simple discloser would be wrong. After all, people understand that we as agents and financial professionals get paid for doing these services, people know we don’t do this for free.
