Dear SEC,
I am AGAINST changing Rule 14-a-8 in such a way that it curtails the rights of shareholders to file advisory resolutions. This mechanism has been a valuable way for small investors to get their points-of-view noticed by corporate boards and CEO's. DO NOT CHANGE IT!
