I urge you to adopt the proposed rule SEC File No. 4-519 to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors. I get 3 to 4 SPAM emails every day from these guys promoting a penny stock. Getting sick and tired of them. They disquise them so you can't tell where they are comming from. Please stop this.
