Over a five day period our company received over 1500 emails promoting three penny stocks, two Chinese and one USA. Sometimes, the spam would come in at 2-3 per minute. I've spent two days trying to get them to cease, and it looks like I may have succeeded about 2 hours ago. This activity has damaged our business significantly, rendering our email system useless. Sending unsolicited spam to promote stocks should be a federal crime, and companies found to be complicit in promoting their stock value in this manner should be de-listed permanently or at least subject to a huge fine before they're allowed on the OTC market again.
