Please develop Rulemaking to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors. A case in point right now is Dennis Mast(fined $100,000 by the SEC and banned last year) and his activities with SHDG-PK (Shine Holdings) In Apex, NC. He robbed us while CEO of Hydroflo,(HYRF-PK) in Apex, NC and he has just moved a little ways and doing the same thing again to other investors with Shine Holdings and his Brother-In-Law(Brett Swailes) fronting as CEO.
