I would just like to take a moment to give my full approval to this proposal. It has been too long of a problem where malicious people use the anonymity of the Internet to extort and do otherwise fraudulent behaviors. It is simply unfair to honest investors such as myself to even have to read these spam e-mails and letters about the stocks claiming to have the potential to turn a penny into three-hundred dollars in a single month. It is a wolf in sheep's clothing to less experienced investors, and no one deserves to lose their hard-earned money to a con artist living in his basement. This problem is rampant and something needs to get done. As a final thought, if the SEC takes away the anonymity, spammers will think twice before clicking the 'Send" button or sealing an envelope Sincerely,

A Concerned Investor
