To Whom It May Concern/Ms. Nancy Morris
I am writing in regards to SEC File No. 4-519. Request for Rulemaking to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors. These individuals seem to be a form of organized crime which are bent on stealing investor money, removing value from stock, paying each other to raise the stock price of their securities. I myself am the victim of such scam, one day while reading the financial section on MSN I came upon a security called Medify Solutions the symbol then was MFYS, now MDFY. The article stated that the company had formed strategic partnerships with Oracle and was the only exclusive company with a contract to provide a particular service in the United Kingdom. The financial statements from what the company was giving us seemed good, and article after article gave the impression that they was positive news at the company. However, the stock pumpers and companies who were involved are now quite and we as investors have lost millions of investor value. The company has stopped flying in its statements to SEC and currently the CEO has initiated a reverse stock which further weakened the stock in the hopes of cheating the investors and public. My example, and countless other show that they needs to be regulation of companies and bulletin boards like Stockguru.com, Pentony Enterprises, LLC, and TTS Zurich.Thank you for your time.
