I am an individual investor who suffered losses exceeding $150,000 on UST purchased during the Relevant Period (May 23, 2021 – May 8, 2022). 

I support approval of the Proposed Plan of Distribution so that the claims process can begin as soon as possible. I request that the Fund Administrator provide clear guidance on the interaction between recoveries from this Fair Fund and any distributions from the Terraform Labs Wind Down Trust to avoid double-recovery issues.
