To the Office of the Secretary, I write in support of the Proposed Plan of Distribution in the Matter of Tai Mo Shan Limited (Admin. Proc. File No. 3-22382), and to record my appreciation for the work behind it. I purchased TerraUSD during the Relevant Period and held it through the collapse. I am one of a very large number of ordinary investors who bought UST on the understanding that it was what it was represented to be. Four years is a long time, and most of us had assumed nothing would come of it. That the Commission investigated the conduct behind the peg, pursued it to a finding, collected the full amount, and has now proposed a workable mechanism for returning that money to the people who lost it is not something any of us took for granted. Many of those harmed had no realistic recourse of their own. The scale of the harm is easy to state and hard to feel: tens of billions of dollars, and among the people affected, a great many who lost savings they could not afford to lose. Work of this kind is rarely thanked, and the staff who did it will never meet most of the people it will help. So, simply: thank you. I support the Proposed Plan and have no objection to its approval. I hope that the Plan Administrator can keep me informed about the relevant deadlines via email and post. Respectfully, Maxim S. Kalmykov
