Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, I am writing to provide my comment on the Proposed Plan of Distribution for the Fair Fund established in Administrative Proceeding File No. 3-21655. The current plan excludes individuals who purchased Stoner Cats NFTs on the secondary market. I respectfully request that the Commission reconsider this exclusion and extend eligibility to secondary market purchasers who still hold the NFTs. These secondary market buyers are also harmed investors, as they acquired the NFTs without knowledge of the violations surrounding the unregistered offering. Including these individuals would align with the SEC’s mission to ensure fairness and equitable treatment of all impacted investors, regardless of how they acquired the securities. Thank you for considering this recommendation. I appreciate the opportunity to provide input and trust that the Commission will ensure an inclusive approach to compensating harmed investors.
