Hello,  



I'm a GTV common stock investor.  It is highly unfair the first distribution only consists of 50% of my investoment. GTV Media Group, Inc has paid into fair fund of all funds raised from GTV common stock issurance. I, as a GTV common stock investor, should receive 100% of my investment in first distribution as SEC has all the funds necessary to refund all GTV common stock investors who directly invested in GTV Media Group, Inc common shares.
