File No. 3-20537, which is published on the SEC official website , I notice that SEC plans to refund my money through a Fair Fund. When I invested in VOG, part of my investment money was transferred to the bank account of the contact woman- Lihong Wei. I think she is the director of VOG, one female and an American Citizen, living in Phoenix, Arizona. I have three points of comment for the "Plan of Distribution" 1. The refund should include the money I transferred to her personal bank account as she is the contact person or director of VOG 2.
