Firstly, thanks for the effort to protect our rights. As one of the victims of the GTV project investors, there are some comments about the payment plan as follows.
The idea of the equal distribution is nice but it is also the most difficult thing to achieve. As an investor I invested around two years as unemployed and a mother for a little baby living in a mortgage burdened family. Compared with those investors who haven't made report, complaints, still be in silence, even dreaming of getting huge profit from the investment and keeping assisting to the scam, or those investors whose investment money were came from the money laundry, or through underground, so they are not rush to get the payment back or just treat this investment as a gambling game.
So, personally, I feel it is very unfair for the initial tranche payment who can only get at least 50% of their loss then needed to wait quite a long time I suppose to get the 2nd distribution. I think for the initial tranche, Payee should get at least 80% loss back to cover the rising price of the daily cost especially during the pandemic, because for them, time is a very expensive cost.
