Dear officer, The proposed plan of distribution of the GTV Media Group Fair Fund failed to clarify whether or not money received by Mrs. Lihong Wei's personal bank account is qualified for this distribution? Mrs. Lihong Wei aka Lihong Wei Lafrenz raised funds for GTV stock via her Wells Fargo personal account under the name of Lihong Wei from various victims all over the world. I sincerely hope 'Fair Fund' would list these details more clearly and fairly to victims who are qualified and who are exempt from this distribution (e.g. around 100 people already got the refund directly from Mrs. Lihong Wei).
