Subject: Administrative Proceeding File N0. 3-20171. Will follow up with comments attached and additional submitted comments to make sure SEC receives my FULL comment about how SEC, FINRA, and Robinhood has addressed these issues. I did not receive info about personally able to comment until beginning of July from a letter addressed from Robinhood Financial Fair Fund. With what they're describing as a problem it has been like that since I've started using Robinhood years ago and has been until I stopped using RH as a broker in 2020. Your order fill will always be off some amount of cents. Now since mid 2019 to early 2020 there's been another issue that I've tried getting assistance with the SEC and FINRA. There's been a time RH hasn't deposited what I asked into my bank accounts because they say there's no funds but (pictures) show there are funds available. Even on my tax return there were trades missing and the numbers did not add up to what I had in the account. When brought up to RH they'd either not answer or say the same thing. FINRA did nothing about it except say they can't do much or there was nothing RH did wrong. Will try to submit pictures but there's a 3 document submit with a certain size requirement.
