My name is Christopher J, Ashford
I am commenting on concerns of my private information becoming stored with robinhood and their lack of proper communication once my information was stored with the company. Also robinhood has caused me a great deal of stress do to my inability to transfer money via the Robinhood mobile platform, which promise commission free trading. This has caused me to miss out in pivotal transactions . Which has led to enormous (by my standards) loss. Robinhood failed to assure me in the protection of my private information once they were clearing my profile for a background check via me exposing myState id ,Social Security number, phone number and email address . The lack of communication in the process via email has sent me into a stressful strategical frenzy which has caused me to lose trust in the Security brokerage systems set in motion. Robinhood inabilities to place proper structures in place has made me question my own principles and other system set in motion again. Upon this being my second comment . I Christopher and requesting up to $15,000 in loss , via bank transactions, brokerage transactions, stress due to Robinhoods mismanagement and inappropriate practices.
