I do not agree with the settlement amount. It is not high enough to discourage this in the future. PFOF is not beneficial to the customers, robinhood and Citadel or other PFOF users do not get as good of prices as those who don't PFOF. Not to mention PFOF is anti consumer and creates huge conflicts of interest in brokers who can abuse this as well as Market makers who can use PFOF to front run consumers. The fine is piddly and needs to be upped by atleast 10x
