I commend your recent actions against RobinHood, but unfortunately the proposed fine is not enough. It is of critical importance that the punishments befit the magnitude of the committed crime. The exploitation and defrauding of investors should be condemned, and it is the job of the SEC to protect all investors. You must increase punishments to include jail time or fines that will ACTUALLY deter criminality. If the punishments remain disproportionate to the crimes we will have to expect the same poor policing results from the last decade.

The security and preservation of the free market is in your hands. Please incentivize deterrence from criminality with hard punishments. Not hard punishments from the perspective of average Americans, but hard punishments from the perspective of the large institutional parties committing the crimes.
