I believe the fee is too light 3ish years on knowledge of wrong doing and capitalizing on it the whole time while being the biggest retail trader around there's no way they aren't coming out of this money ahead. I mean giving out this wimpy fines rich companies are just going to see the occasional fine as the price of doing business and continue to act in criminal and fraudulent ways. I believe the SECs job is to protect tax payers from events just like this but the paltry fines amount to little more than a nuisance. Revoke a license give a real sanction, stand up to these guys its you're job.
