Robinhood enacted predatory and retail-averse actions with it's PFOF system. A measly fine of 65million is a fraction of what they skimmed from retail investors over the years. Additionally, their PFOF revenues from certain Mama are in the billions per year. The punishment should fit the crime, and this fine deserves a more thorough look.
