Hello SEC,
When you give out fines that are a fraction of what these brokers/HF make off of what they are being fined, its not a fine - it's a cost of doing business. $65 Million is a fraction of what the made on from this.
Why do you always give out BS fines that never prevent them from doing this again.
Start giving jail time and massive fines.
This should me in the Billions not the Millions.
