I has just come to my attention that myself and staff haven’t been receiving copies of comments received on the above-referenced Plan.
 
As a general rule, all comments should be forwarded to myself, the OD attorney (in this case Noel Gittens), Susan Pecaro and Christine Neal. 
 
In this case, if you could also copy the law clerk, Rachel Mamis, that would be greatly appreciated.
