Subject: Administrative Proceeding File No. 3-20171

I received a letter regarding the proposed plan of distribution and opportunity for comment Release No.92115/June 4th, 2021 in addition to an eligible investor notice postmarked on June 18th, 2021 when I noticed a discrepancy on the Robinhood platform in regards to their policy.

This notice was the first of a kind that I had received and had no idea that I was eligible for distribution until I received the letter. Moreover, I am informed by the notice of distribution that I have thirty (30) days from the date of this notice to submit a comment available for the public, which I am willing to do.

I began receiving the information regarding my eligibility from the Robinhood Financial Fair Fund c/o JND Legal Administration [REDACTED] soon after I noticed a discrepancy and began addressing a security concern in relation to Robinhood's policy. I had sent an email to Robinhood on June 8th, 2021 only to receive a response from Robinhood's escalation lead (Marcy) on June 18, 2021 (10 days later). Not too long after this is when I received my first letter regarding an "eligible investor notice" from the Robinhood Financial Fair Fund. Attached to the same envelope I had received was also a "notice of proposed plan of distribution and opportunity for comment." This is the letter I am commenting on.

I am still upset that it took so long (more than 5 months since the Commission's Order issued against Robinhood Financial on December 17, 2020) to be made formally known to me via mail. Throughout this time, I had been trading unwittingly on the Robinhood platform and even suffered as a result of Robinhood's harmful practices culminating in the January 2021 stock market events which Robinhood played a significant part in.

More transparency and communication is needed on this important issue. I feel that customers are still falling prey to ongoing harmful practices that are not being enforced more strongly despite attempts by the SEC and US Government to resolve the issue.

Sincerely,
