To Whom It May Concern,

Further to my email below of April 13, 2020, I have been awaiting communication.

I now note that on August 17, 2020an order was made approving the modified plan of distribution of the deVere USA Fair Fund.

I note that there is a 60 day window from point of communication to me. I am exceedingly mindful that it is now 16 days since the date of fund approval. I have yet to receive any communication by mail or via email and I am worried that if communication has been sent that it has gone astray. Can you confirm if documentation has been sent and, if not, when it will be sent.

Please can you also confirm the mode that documentation will be sent to me for signature to return within the prescribed 60 days.

Please also note that I have tried calling the 888-626-0151 number and the calls are never answered nor are messages responded to. The website www.Deverefairfund.com also does not work.

Very Best Regards,

Andrew W. Hill

To Whom It May Concern,

I have received copy of the Notice of the Plan to compensate clients of DeVere USA Inc for unfair treatment.

I had previously emailed Brite Advisors in March 2019 (attached) giving notice that I wanted to be included in the distribution of the compensation settlement. Since this time I have received no further information until the end of last week when Brite Advisors emailed to point me to where I could read the Notice and detail of the Proposed Plan.

As per my email of March 2019, I would like to be considered for compensation under the terms of the Fair Fund settlement as an affected client. It is my understanding that my details were forwarded to the SEC for consideration for inclusion in the distribution of settlement funds.

This email confirms my understanding of the Notice and Proposed Plan which I have reviewed and I am therefore providing affirmatory comment within the 30 day Notice period stated.

Therefore please take this email as agreement to the terms published and a request for receipt of my allocation of the compensation funds in keeping with the terms of the Proposed Plan.

If there is any further information that you require from me please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours Faithfully,

Andrew W. Hill
