Dear Sir/Madam, Administrative Proceeding File No. 3-18527 I am writing regarding the proposed Distribution Plan in the Matter of DeVere USA, Inc which I understand has now been posted for a 30 day notice and comment period. I was advised of this posting by my contact at the SEC Division of Enforcement who I have been speaking in respect of the investigation of my dealings as a client of Mr. Benjamin Alderson at DeVere. Both my wife, Vivien Bedwell, and myself were sold separate policies by Mr. Alderson in 2015. In accordance with paragraphs 37 and 38 of the Distribution Plan I would just like to ensure that we are both considered as potential Eligible Investors under the Plan by the Fund Administrator and may then be able to provide the Certification Form following the completion of the current posting notice period.
