Dear Sir,
     I would like to apply for restitution for the excessive fees I incurred during the transfer of my UBS UK Pension Fund into a QROPS under the supervision of deVere USA and STM Malta.
      Having spent over 30 years in the Financial services industry a charge for the transfer of my pension in excess of 4% let alone 7% seems egregious to me and had this been properly explained to me during the process I doubt whether I would ever have gone ahead with the transfer.
      My policy was established in December 2013. I can forward the policy number upon request in case you do not have it.
I look forward to having this matter resolved.
