I had several of the Janus fund investments at the time they permitted others to puchase funds at the previous closing price. I feel that my returns were severly affected by their wonton disregard of doing what was right in my behalf. I transfered my holdings from their funds when I found out what they had done. They have never contacted me to let me know that I have something coming to me and hope I am not left out of the payback. There were several lawyers I could have signed up with but did not. I hope that I recieve some type of restitution soon.
