Why is there reluctance in addressing regulatory clarity in the digital asset space. As a consumer the SCC is trying to protect, i have been hurt financially by the SCC's action to regulate by enforcement rather than give us the clarity we need. Also, the SCC paved the way for other digital assets to thrive while intentionally, hindering the growth of others.
