Mr. Gensler congratulations on your appointment as chair of the SEC...As a retail investor witnessing the current sentiment in the market when it comes to Gamestop and AMC stocks. Can you assure retail going forward that the SEC will be committed to protecting retail investors from outdated enforcemnt acts that have not caught up with the current technology. Technology that is giving large institutional firms and hedge funds an unfair advantage and essentially has eliminated the traditional Supply vs Demand system that has been used on Wall Street since the inception of the Stock Market?
