SUBJECT: Dual-Class Shares

This is a bold suggestion to ban dual-class stock completely.

The first time I heard about Class B shares is when I first owned some Viacom stock, which I no longer own. It seemed unfair to me at the time when I realized Class B shareholders couldn't vote. And now the situation between CBS and Viacom has proven my gut instincts were right. This situation may just be the first of many problems that dual-class stock owners may face at other companies as well.

Please use this CBS / Viacom situation as an opportunity to ban dual-class stock completely, and in the process leave behind a legacy of being bold enough to take the initiative to correct the unfairness and potential problems associated with dual-class stock.

I truly hope you will do something about it.
