Please update this asap, as it is impeding the democratic process.
In light of the FCC's vote on net neutrality this week, it is clear that the people have spoken and voted for the idea that the Internet should be equal and open to everyone. The democratization of investing through the Internet is inevitable and Title III, represents a true equity crowdfunding situation and thus a necessary paradigm shift in entrepreneurial finance for this country.
Make a stand for an open investment playing field, allow for full-blown equity crowdfunding to unaccredited investors.
