Dear SEC,
It only makes sense to approve the application of IEX. They give a level playing field to all market participants with fairness and transparency.
The pitch needs to be leveled, retail investors are done a disservice by modern algorithms. There is no better time for change than now, and there is no better first step for change than approving IEX.
Please, please, please SEC. Do the right thing.
