I ask you to grant IEX application to become a fully licensed U.S. securities exchange. If you have read the book Flash Boys it was IEX mission to bring full fair and transparent trading for investors. There is a group who vigorously oppose this company's application. Why is that? Please read Flash Boys that brings light to the scandalous cheating by certain groups who manipulated trading. Are these groups that oppose this application the same groups who lost the ability to benefit from cheating because IEX has brought fairness by fixing the way the market trades were conducted electronically. After reading the book Flash Boys and seeing the documentary on 60 Minutes I really don't trust any trades taking place in the US market that doesn't go thru IEX.
