Timothy L. Warren is Associate Director of Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Chicago Regional Office.

Mr. Warren has been at the Commission since 1985 and became an Associate Regional Director in 1998. He supervises six Assistant Regional Director groups in the Division of Enforcement including attorneys, accountants, investigators, and support staff assigned to those groups as well as trial attorneys assigned to individual enforcement matters.

Mr. Warren previously served as Assistant Regional Director in the Division of Enforcement, Branch Chief and Staff Attorney.

Mr. Warren is a recipient of the Commission's Irving Pollack Award in 2009 honoring Senior Enforcement Officials for Leadership, Integrity, Intellect and Dedication. Mr. Warren is a multiple recipient of SEC Chairman's Award for Excellence.

Mr. Warren received his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and his law degree from Loyola University School of Law.
