Please join us for our 19th International Enforcement Institute sponsored by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission from November 18-22, 2013 at the SEC headquarters in Washington, DC.  The Institute is designed for senior regulatory and securities market officials and staff who are responsible for investigating and prosecuting violations of securities laws.  The program will cover a range of investigative and prosecutorial techniques for successfully investigating and prosecuting insider trading, market manipulation, disclosure and accounting fraud by stock issuing companies, broker dealer and investment advisor violations, Ponzi schemes and much more.
