Valued Los Alamos National Bank client:

I am delighted to inform you that on November 1, 2018, we announced that Los Alamos National Bank (LANB) entered into an agreement to become part of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (EFSC) the parent company of Enterprise Bank & Trust (Enterprise).

As a result of the combination of our two organizations, we will be able to offer access to a more comprehensive array of products and services, including expanded wealth management and treasury management services and more. Importantly, you will continue to enjoy the same personal attention and exceptional service you have come to expect as a LANB client.

Best of all, you don't need to do anything at this time. LANB's complete suite of products and your own accounts remain the same as before. Your checks, ATM/debit card and PIN numbers are unchanged at this time. Please continue to reorder checks and make loan payments and deposits just as you do today. In fact, you will see very few changes initially.

We are tremendously optimistic about our companies coming together and the benefits to you. Like LANB, delivering a positive experience is a top priority for Enterprise, which consistently earns high marks from its clients. Enterprise also has a long history of giving back in the communities where it does business. These commonalities were very important to us when we first entered discussions with Enterprise, and they will remain so as we integrate our organizations.

Rest assured that we are wholly committed to making this transition as seamless as possible — and to keeping you informed of our progress along the way. I personally will see to it, as I will be closely involved in assisting our new partners.

This is the first of several communications you will receive in the weeks and months ahead. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me or your banker, or just stop by your nearest branch.

On behalf of all of the dedicated directors, officers and associates of LANB and Enterprise, thank you for your business and a heartfelt welcome to Enterprise! We hope you will be with us for a long time.

Sincerely,

John S. Gulas
President and CEO, Los Alamos National Bank
