NOTE 12 — CUSTOMER DEPOSITS

For certain customers, we collect payment at the time the order is placed.  These deposits are classified as a liability and will be recognized as revenue at the time performance obligations are satisfied in accordance with our revenue recognition policy.  As of July 31, 2019 and April 30, 2019, we had approximately $26,000 and $24,000, respectively, in customer deposits related to these arrangements.
