Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	CONCENTRATIONS OF CREDIT RISK Financial instruments that potentially subject us to concentrations of credit risk consist principally of cash and accounts receivable. We grant unsecured credit to most of our customers. We do not believe that we are exposed to any extraordinary credit risk as a result of this policy. At various times, and at October 31, 2014, cash balances exceeded federally insured limits. However, we have incurred no losses in the cash accounts and we do not believe we are exposed to any significant credit risk with respect to our cash.
