Alanco Technologies, Inc., (the "Company") is unable, without unreasonable effort and expense, to complete its Form 10-Q filing by the due date.   We expect to file Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 within five calendar days, as prescribed by Rule 12(b).
