One-time founder's bonus, description	Joseph F. Hughes as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer. Upon his retirement, the Board awarded Joseph F. Hughes a one-time founder's bonus of $100,000.
Retirement benefits, description		The total amount of these retirement benefits were accrued in the first quarter of fiscal 2018, resulting in charges amounting to $180,000, which were included in selling, general and administrative expenses for fiscal 2018.
