Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On June 4, 2019, the Company's Board of Directors approved a 5% increase in the quarterly dividend rate on its Common Stock, increasing such quarterly dividend from $0.55 per share of Common Stock to a new rate of $0.58 per share of Common Stock. This increased quarterly dividend will be paid on July 10, 2019 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2019.
