Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 21, 2013, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share of Common Stock. This dividend will be paid on January 10, 2014 to stockholders of record on December 20, 2013.
