(e) On May 20, 2021, Terex Corporation (the “Company”) disclosed that it had entered into a letter agreement with Kieran Hegarty, President Terex Materials Processing in connection with his assignment and relocation to Schaffhausen, Switzerland. On June 18, 2021, based upon Mr. Hegarty’s request for personal reasons, the Company and Mr. Hegarty agreed to postpone Mr. Hegarty’s assignment and relocation to Switzerland for at least one year.
