On September 26, 2011, the Federal Trade Commission granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, with respect to the previously announced merger agreement among Teradyne, Inc. (“Teradyne”), LitePoint Corporation, and Lager Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of Teradyne.
