The Company is unable to file Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 within the prescribed time period because not all of the documents and information necessary to file have been assembled and completed.  The Company anticipates filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

	Net sales for 2010 are expected to be $26.2 million compared to $43 million for 2009.  Gross profit for 2010 is expected to be $9 million compared to $18 million for 2009.  Net loss for 2010 is expected to be $5 million as compared to net income of $5.4 million in 2009.
