Note 12. – Related Party Transactions

A director of the Company is a member of a law firm which provides services to SunLink. The Company expensed an aggregate of $16 and $62 for legal services to this law firm in the three months ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively.   The Company expensed an aggregate of $71 and $180 for legal services to this law firm in the six months ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively.  Included in the Company’s condensed consolidated balance sheets at December 31, 2020 and June 30, 2020 is $15 and $6, respectively, of amounts payable to this law firm.
