Related Party Transactions	Note 12. – Related Party Transactions A director of the Company and the Company’s secretary are members of two different law firms, each of which provides services to SunLink. The Company has expensed an aggregate of $91 and $159 for legal services to these law firms in the three months ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. The Company has expensed an aggregate of $190 and $319 for legal services to these law firms in the six months ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. Included in the Company’s condensed consolidated balance sheets at December 31, 2014 and June 30, 2014 is $113 and $115, respectively, of amounts payable to these law firms.
