Note 12. – Related Party Transactions

A director of the Company is a member of a law firm which provides services to SunLink. The Company expensed an aggregate of $35 and $9 for legal services to this law firm in the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively. The Company expensed an aggregate of $220 and $120 for legal services to this law firm in the nine months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively. Included in the Company’s condensed consolidated balance sheets at March 31, 2023 and June 30, 2022 is outstanding legal expenses to this firm $28 and $15, respectively,
