Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 30, 2020, the spread of novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern by the World Health Organization ("WHO"). Subsequently, on March 11, 2020, WHO characterized the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic. We will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19, but at the date of this report it is too early to determine the full impact this virus may have on the global financial markets and the overall economy. Should this emerging macro-economic risk continue for an extended period, there could be an adverse material financial impact to our businesses and investments, including a material reduction in our results of operations.
