Loma Vista Research Group is being dissolved and its SYS stock has been spilt on a pro rata basis between its owners, hence Messrs. Cooke and Babbush each now own 33,987 shares of SYS common stock previously held by Loma Vista Research Group. The disillusion of Loma Vista Research Group and resulting distribution of shares to its owners has not resulted in any change in the pecuniary interests of Messrs.
